No Worship Service on May 17 — Let’s Serve Instead!
On Sunday, May 17, we’re hitting pause on our usual 9am service to serve our city instead. The Colfax Marathon runs right past where we meet, and the route closes all nearby roads that morning—so we’re turning it into an EDV Serves opportunity! Join us as we hand out water and cheer on the runners with fun, energy, and encouragement. It’s a great way to be present in our neighborhood and show some love.
Sign up for a volunteer shift between 8am–1pm by registering. Meet up at Colfax Marathon water station #12, at 17th and Clarkson. Plan for an extra 15 minutes to find parking and walk over. Ages 8+ can volunteer and we will have volunteer shirts for you to wear!
