Join our first overnight Prayer Vigil: a time to remain awake to seek God in the middle of the questions of your life and to intercede on behalf of the church and those you love.
Beginning after our Good Friday Service and going through Saturday morning, the Bellwether Classroom set up for Journey to the Cross will host our Vigil. We enter this time of prayer symbolically, to remain awake with Jesus, to stay near to him, and to do so even amidst our own fears and confusions. We know that Easter is coming, we know new life will Spring forth, but for now, we remain awake and prayerful.
People of EDV are invited to sign up for a one hour prayer slot. We will send out instructions to you about how to get to the room, and ways in which you can engage in prayer during that time. If you would like to submit something to be prayed for during the vigil, then please send it to Annie or fill out a connect card online.
